We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel at delivering exceptional service, providing accurate information, and resolving issues quickly and professionally. Key Responsibilities


  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, chat, or in person, ensuring a friendly and professional experience.



  • Accurately handle inquiries related to orders, products, billing, accounts, services, and troubleshooting needs.



  • Research, resolve, and document customer issues in a timely manner while maintaining high satisfaction ratings.



  • Manage customer accounts, process updates, returns, payments, and adjustments as needed.



  • Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, technical support, shipping, and finance to resolve complex or escalated concerns.



  • Maintain detailed and accurate records in CRM and ticketing systems.



  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, quality standards, and customer satisfaction scores.



  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience, providing feedback to leadership.



  • Support team goals by participating in training, sharing best practices, and contributing to a positive work environment.




Qualifications


  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.



  • 1-3 years of customer service or call center experience (industry-specific experience a plus).



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.



  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.



  • Proficient with CRM systems, MS Office Suite, and/or call center software.



  • Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment.



  • A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a commitment to exceptional customer care.




Preferred Skills


  • Experience with platforms such as SAP.



  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities.



  • Background in retail, logistics, technology, finance, healthcare, or customer-facing industries.
