Here's what you'd do:
- Our IT (Information Technology) Technician will perform a variety of duties in support of end users for IT (Information Technology) hardware or software.
- Support macOS devices and help set up Apple iPhones and iPads.
- Provide front-line, customer-facing IT (Information Technology) Deskside Support in a fast-paced setting.
- Troubleshoot Windows11 operating system issues and perform hardware repairs on HP laptops (hard drive, RAM (Random Access Memory), etc.).
- Utilize ServiceCentral for ticket creation, tracking, and detailed resolution.
- Manage loaner laptop pool, ensuring timely returns and accurate inventory.
Here's what you'll get:
Pay: $26/hr.
Hours: 9x80 schedule.
Length: Contract (12months+ with opportunity of extension).

Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hardware repair.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience, consisting of the operation of systems such as Windows/ MAC, iPhone support.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience providing technical support in an in-person setting.
- Minimum of 3 years of IT (Information Technology) support experience with a strong service orientation.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- Experience maintaining accurate records in ServiceCentral.
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills and able to collaborate effectively.
- Microsoft Office suite proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Demonstrated ability to resolve issues quickly while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Comfortable working with both Windows and macOS platforms and mobile device provisioning.
- Heavy customer service skills, including being able to de-escalate a stressed client and fix issues pretty quickly.
- Be able to collaborate with other desk-side support technicians.
Additional Information:
- Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
- In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be needed to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the necessary employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
- Clean driving record as MVR (Motor Vehicle Record) will be run.
- Possible lifting may be required up to 50 lbs.
- Successful candidate must be able to obtain and maintain a Security Clearance.
