As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol designated areas within a financial institution, helping to deter security-related incidents through your visible presence. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify any unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas within the location to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
• Document and report all incidents, observations, and/or activities according to company and client protocols.
• Communicate with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and/or local authorities as required.
• Assist visitors, employees, and/or contractors by providing information and directions while maintaining professional conduct.
• Participate in site-specific training and follow all company and location guidelines for security-related operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
