Manufacturing Technician, 2nd shift/2 pm-11 pm/Mon-Fri

Position Summary:

This role is critical to Entegris' canister refurbishment process. Our customers demand excellence, and our Manufacturing Technicians are responsible for delivering it! The focus of this role is high-quality, safety-focused disassembly, assembly and troubleshooting of canisters as well as improvement of manufacturing processes to drive safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your mechanical skills and judicious safety focus to disassemble, assemble and troubleshoot containers in a hazardous chemical environment.

• Follow Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures as you seek opportunities to continually improve our work processes and efficiency.

• Collaborate with Leadership, Engineering, Quality and our Safety team to drive toward production goals that delight our customers.

• Your high degree of accountability and integrity while achieving the best results possible.

• Your ability to actively seek solutions to problems and willingness to share your ideas with your team;

Qualifications and Preferred Skills:

• High School Diploma required.

• Previous experience handling hazardous chemicals strongly preferred.

• Safety and Quality are key in this role. You will work in a fast-paced, dynamic team environment which requires astute attention to detail.

• Experience in working in an ISO 9000/14000 environment a plus.

• Dependability with flexibility to work over-time and weekends to support business needs.

• Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office applications (SAP and PLC experience is a plus).

• Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and/or move up to 51lbs daily.

• Ability to perform visual checks and handle highly hazardous material responsibly while wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Ability to attain respirator certification.
