As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned financial institution locations, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients and staff. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for covering multiple areas as needed. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the financial institution and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior. Working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Complete detailed reports on incidents, observations, and activities as required by Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and local authorities as needed to support security-related operations.
• Remain alert to potential security-related risks and escalate concerns according to established procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 2 years of security-related experience are required.
• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
