Job Description

The Senior Director of DMRA leads the strategic direction and operational management of the University Advancement CRM system and related platforms. This role is ideal for an IT leader with a strong background in enterprise systems, data governance, and cross-functional collaboration.

You will oversee CRM architecture, integrations, and data workflows that support Advancement's fundraising and engagement efforts. The position requires a deep understanding of relational databases, CRM platforms, and data privacy standards, along with the ability to drive system-wide improvements and user adoption.

Key Responsibilities
* Lead a team of six IT and data professionals focused on CRM operations and support.
* Architect and implement CRM strategies aligned with Advancement's goals.
* Manage system integrations, UAT processes, and platform enhancements.
* Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with PII, FERPA, and HIPAA.
* Collaborate with Advancement leadership to streamline business processes and improve user experience.
* Promote CRM best practices and lead training initiatives across departments.
* Oversee implementation and support of related platforms and software tools.
Core Competencies
* Proven leadership experience managing technical teams.
* Strong project management and organizational skills.
* Proficiency in SQL Server, Oracle, and CRM platforms (Ellucian CRM Advance, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, Raiser's Edge).
* Familiarity with ADA accessibility standards and data privacy regulations.
* Experience with system customization, integration, and communication workflows.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Shift

Monday through Friday 8am-5pm

Minimum Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 6 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in higher education or Advancement operations.
* Knowledge of professional fundraising systems and ethics.
* Success in leading change management and system transformation initiatives.
* Experience with data hygiene, enhancement projects, and campaign support.
* Ability to build and manage complex communication logic within CRM platforms.
* Familiarity with Ellucian Advance Web or similar systems used in higher education.

Anticipated Hiring Range

$115,000.00-$125,000.00

Salary Range: $115,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
