Security Professional - Patrol Driver

As a Security Professional - Unarmed Patrol Driver in Mount Juliet, TN, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer in a dynamic tech, media, and telecom environment, you will monitor and patrol designated areas, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for everyone onsite. This is a driving position, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. You will engage with people throughout the location, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication, while upholding Allied Universal's values of teamwork, integrity, and innovation.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter, maintaining a visible presence to help to deter unwanted activity.
• Monitor for potential security-related concerns within a tech, media, and telecom environment and report observations as required.
• Work collaboratively with Allied Universal team members and client representatives to address security-related needs as they arise.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and other assigned duties.
• Remain alert to changes in the environment and adapt security-related procedures as needed to support the location's operations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid certification is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
