As a Security Professional - Media Campus Patrol in Bridgewater, MA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned tech and media locations, helping to deter security-related incidents while remaining highly visible and approachable. Your role involves conducting routine patrols, providing outstanding customer service, and communicating clearly with clients and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, responding to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter potential security-related incidents and identify unusual activity.
• Assist with access control by monitoring entrances and exits to help to deter unauthorized entry.
• Document and report any observed irregularities, such as property damage, theft, or unusual occurrences.
• Respond to alarms and/or emergencies according to established protocols, coordinating with local emergency services as required.
• Maintain a visible presence throughout the location to help to deter unwanted activity and provide reassurance to employees and visitors.
• Assist with enforcing company policies and procedures as directed by site management or Allied Universal supervisors.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
