As a Overnight Security Professional - Patrol Driver in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Healthcare, and more. As a PATROL_UNARMED officer with Allied Universal in a healthcare location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help to deter security-related incidents and maintain a secure environment for staff, visitors, and patients. Your presence and attention will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere, while your commitment to exceptional customer service and communication will support a positive experience for everyone on site. This is a driving post, so you will also be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner within the healthcare environment.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the healthcare facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and maintain a visible presence.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual activities according to established protocols.
• Support access control procedures and help to deter prohibited items from entering the location.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, visitors, and/or emergency personnel as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• A valid commercial driver's license is required.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
