As a Security Officer - Armed Patrol Driver Full-Time in Wesley Chapel, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your responsibilities will include conducting routine patrols, maintaining a strong visible presence, and offering exceptional customer service and communication. This post requires both an armed guard license and a valid driver's license, as you will be responsible for patrolling the premises and responding promptly to incidents. What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal.
• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants within a commercial real estate environment.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for potential security-related risks and report observations promptly to the appropriate personnel.
• Assist with access control by verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the location.
• Support emergency response activities as needed, including coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, patrols, and other security-related activities.
• Operate communication devices and surveillance equipment as required for the post.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential disruptions and promote a secure environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• An armed guard card or license is required.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
