As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a government location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will conduct routine patrols, respond to situations as needed, and provide exceptional customer service and communication to everyone on site. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and observe for unusual conditions.
• Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential issues and provide assistance as needed to employees, visitors, and/or the public.
• Document observations and incidents according to Allied Universal protocols, reporting any unusual activity or security-related concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when needed, supporting coordinated responses to incidents.
• Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and Allied Universal policies regarding the carrying and use of firearms while on duty.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess an armed guard card or license.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
