As a Security Officer - Armed Front Desk Finance in San Antonio, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Front Desk Security Professional at a leading financial institution location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, helping to create a welcoming and secure environment. Your responsibilities include monitoring access, verifying credentials, and responding to security-related incidents with professionalism. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and following site-specific policies at the front desk of a financial institution location.
• Monitor access to the facility, verify identification, and assist with visitor management in accordance with established protocols.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating as needed and following emergency response activities.
• Maintain a visible presence at the front desk to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and Allied Universal team members regarding security-related matters.
• Document and report security-related incidents, observations, and/or unusual occurrences according to site requirements.

Minimum Requirements:

• Level III Armed Certification Texas Only is required.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Armed Guard Card or License is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control or badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
