Position Overview


Primary Purpose of the Position
The Department of Computer Science is seeking a candidate for a temporary adjunct position. Candidate must be able to teach graduate Computer Science and Information Technology courses. Interested persons must be willing to support the computer science curriculum and teach assigned classes, mentor students, and abide by department and university deadlines.

Minimum Experience/Education

  • A Ph. D. Degree or Computer Science, Information Technology, or Related Field from an accredited institution.
  • A candidate with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Related Field from an accredited institution will be considered if they have substantial industry experience.

  • Offer two hours of office time each week per 3 semester course hours.

Preferred Years Experience, Skills, Training, Education

  • A Ph. D. Degree or Computer Science, Information Technology, or Related Field from an accredited institution.
  • A candidate with a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a Related Field from an accredited institution will be considered if they have substantial industry experience.
