As a Patrol Armed Officer with Allied Universal at a prominent retail location, you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the retail location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for suspicious activity and report any security-related concerns or incidents according to established protocols.
• Assist with access control and help to deter theft or loss prevention issues within the retail environment.
• Support emergency response efforts, including coordination with law enforcement or emergency personnel when required.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site policies.
• Communicate clearly and courteously with store staff, management, and visitors to support a secure and welcoming environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or 5 years of Armed security-related experience.
• Possess an armed guard card or license as required by law.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Possess a Level III armed certification if required by the state of Texas.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
