Join Allied Universal as an Armed Patrol Officer where you will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, remaining visible to help to deter security-related incidents and provide exceptional customer service. This post requires both armed and driving responsibilities. What You'll Do:

• Carry out security-related procedures and site-specific policies as directed by Allied Universal and client instructions.
• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and tenants while maintaining a professional demeanor at all times.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including emergencies that may arise at the location.
• Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the property and its perimeter, helping to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior in a commercial real estate environment.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or property loss.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, unusual observations, or maintenance issues according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and/or emergency responders as needed.
• Remain alert and observant throughout the shift, adapting to changing conditions and client needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• An armed guard card or license is required.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
