The Senior Customer Account Specialist (SCAS) will have an end-to-end relationship with Harris Teeter and lead new GCK business opportunities within Kroger. This is a dynamic, high-impact role focused on driving category growth, unlocking new opportunities, and achieving annual sales and commercial spend targets. Location: Preferred location Cincinnati Ohio, Nestle Office. Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Ownership: Lead the Harris Teeter relationship and GCK new business opportunities at Kroger. Partner with buyers and cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding results.
- Drive Growth: Champion category expansion and achieve annual sales and commercial spend targets.
- Create Winning Strategies: Develop comprehensive business plans-from new item launches to 4P-driven initiatives. Craft compelling customer presentations and customized selling stories that cover assortment, pricing, promotions, and merchandising tactics.
- Turn Data into Action: Utilize insights from the Data & Reporting team to achieve 4P objectives and identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with Shopper Marketing and Category Management to transform shopper insights into actionable strategies.
- Maximize ROI: Manage commercial spend by tracking, reconciling, and optimizing to meet volume and trade spend goals. Partner with CAMs and RGM/TFS teams for financial reconciliation and ensure clear communication on forecasts and category updates.
- Connect & Collaborate: Maintain strong communication with Team Leaders, NGT leaders, CAMs, associates, NRS, Indirect Account Associates, and cross-functional partners.
- Own Your Growth: Take charge of your professional development-engage in career programs, leverage capability tools, and build critical behaviors through a robust PDP process.
Requirements:
- University Degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a previous Account Management role, or similar experience
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience with syndicated data such as Circana & Nielsen
- Strong presentation skills
- Experience in leading/owning projects on previous teams.
- Successfully delivered on KPI objectives in previous roles
- Good working knowledge of channel of trade customer base in Grocery, Mass, and New Business

The approximate target compensation range for this role is $80K to $95K . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
