Job Summary The Paralegal/Contract Manager will partner with the General Counsel to drive and oversee goals related to the company's business and legal needs. This role manages a large and diversified workload supporting Company attorneys and business leaders, requiring a strong understanding of organizational, legal, and business requirements. Under the general direction of the General Counsel, the Paralegal/Contract Manager completes work at an advanced level with minimal attorney revision. Primary focus areas include corporate law, commercial contracts, and intellectual property matters, with additional responsibilities as needed. Primary Responsibilities
