Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Shop Manager to oversee organized tool and material management within our multi-division construction shop & yard.

This role is responsible for keeping the shop & yard orderly, ensuring that all tools and materials are properly stored, tracked, and accessible.

The Shop Manager will help maintain a smooth workflow by supporting daily shop functions and keeping the work environment clean and efficient.

Responsibilities
• Manage, organize, and track tools and materials
• Maintain overall shop & yard cleanliness and readiness
• Perform routine shop maintenance and minor repairs as needed
• Assist with minor vehicle and equipment maintenance and repairs to support ongoing operations
Qualifications
• Experience with minor vehicle and equipment repairs preferred
• Strong organizational abilities and reliability
• Attention to detail in managing tools and materials
• Good driving record required
