DOM Project and Product Manager MED-CORE-ADMIN-CHAIR Full Time 86927BR Job Summary Under the direction of Department of Medicine (DOM) leadership, the supervisor of the DOM Applications and Analytics team is responsible for managing operations, personnel, and strategic initiatives related to DOM portals and analytics. The role combines project management expertise with supervisory responsibilities to ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality technical solutions that support the department's clinical, research, and administrative missions. Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $110,400 - $235,400 (Annual Rate). The DOM has an annual budget of $484M across three sites with over 2,000 employees. The DOM comprises 22% of all UCSF faculty, 26% of the SOM's faculty, and 20% of the SOM budget. For the past 30 years, the DOM has consistently ranked among the top four departments of medicine in the country, and in the past seven years, the department has been the number one recipient of the National Institutes of Health (NIH) research dollars.
