Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and licensed Journeyman Commercial Service Plumber to support our commercial clients with diagnostic, repair, and maintenance services. This role focuses on troubleshooting complex plumbing systems in commercial facilities and delivering high-quality service with professionalism and efficiency.


Essential Duties

  • Diagnose and repair plumbing issues in commercial buildings, including leaks, clogs, pipe failures, backflow issues, and fixture malfunctions.

  • Service and maintain commercial-grade equipment such as water heaters, boilers, pumps, hydronic systems, and grease traps.

  • Perform installation and replacement of piping, valves, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with commercial plumbing codes.

  • Read and work from blueprints, mechanical drawings, and specifications.

  • Communicate clearly with building owners, facility managers, and customers on repair needs and recommended solutions.

  • Complete service tickets, documentation, and reports accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Ensure all work complies with local, state, and national plumbing and safety codes.

  • Maintain company tools, inventory, and service vehicle.

  • Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service needs.


Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:
  • Valid Journeyman Plumber License.

  • 3-5+ years of commercial plumbing service experience preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial plumbing systems, codes, and equipment.

  • Ability to diagnose complex issues and work with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

  • Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., climb ladders, crouch, bend, kneel, and work in confined spaces.

  • Ability to work in indoor/outdoor environments and varying conditions.
