The GlobalCustomer SuccessManager, Tech & Durables will act as strategic partner to ourkey globalclients serving as aninnovationagent and driving change for faster reaction to changing marketrequirements.They are an expert in the market (industry, products, channels etc.) and aim to deliver the full value of NIQ propositions to uncover newbusiness opportunities.

Responsibilities:

External

  • Manageclient relationships with middlemanagement independently,maypartnerwithaseniorteammember to engagesenior/C-level audiences
  • Ensureeffective client training and onboarding of new customers.
  • Educatecustomers about the most relevant features/functionalities for their specific business needs
  • Driveadoption(i.e.activation,reactivationand engagement)ofNIQ platforms(e.g.gfknewron)within client organization bydemonstratingclear ROI to client
  • Identifiesand develops new user base forNIQ-GfK offerings
  • Developfact-based answers to complex key business questions
  • Becomea market expertfora subset ofTech & Durablescategories
  • Deliverinsightful presentations and actionable recommendations to our clients
  • Developrelationshipswith client stakeholders toidentifynew opportunities todemonstratethe value ofNIQsolutions
  • Coordinate client servicesacross countries and categories(whenever relevant)
  • Demonstrate howNIQsolutions can supportour customers'goals, developing new business opportunitiesfor NIQ
  • Identifyleads forcross-sellingand upselling
  • Help improve renewal rate bydemonstratingclear business outcome and value
  • Works closely with clients to develop usecases
  • Participate in joint business plans and lead governance calls

Internal

  • Become the voice of the client'sHQ, relayingits needs withindifferent internal organizations and regions/countries
  • Lead a global customer success community for select accounts,tomaximizethevalue delivered to clients atHQ level
  • Ensures to be updated on relevant knowledge and has deep understanding of platformofferings
  • Collect and provide feedback to product teams on functionality, features etc., ofgfknewronplatformas well as toOpsand other teamson non-platform issuesto drive better client experience
  • Collaborate with accountdevelopmentat the pre-sales and renewal stages
  • Collaborate withother business unit teams toidentifyopportunities for strategic assignments
Qualifications
  • Strong business understanding intech &durable consumer goods and related Retail
  • Interestintechproduct categories andglobalmarkets
  • Ideally5-8years+of experience in consulting, market research, product management oftech &durablesor equivalent business units
  • Deep analytical skills, comfortablein translating large datasets intoa storyline with actionable recommendations
  • Multicultural awareness, capable of influencing internal/external audiences from different country backgrounds
  • Excellent English languageskills;second language is a plus
  • Strong presentationand communicationskills, client-centric approach
  • Proactive and consistent engagement with multi-disciplined teams
  • Coordination and decision making of how to achieve client outcomes andorganizationgoals
  • Driving delivery of results for clients &NIQacross diverse cultures, mind setsanddisciplines
  • Passion, dedication, and commitment
  • Creativity and the ability to address real-world business problems analytically
  • Eagerness to learn,curiosity,open mindset, team spirit, and an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Proficientwith Power Point and Excel
  • Willingness and ability to travel, both domestically(US)and internationally
Additional Information

This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation of the following range:$76,500.00 - $110,000.00.Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.This role might also be eligible for a sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.
