Team Lead
Salary Range: $60K to $72K
Out of State: AZ, CA, CO, MI, MO, NV, NY, OH, SD, UT, WA (ONLY)

Position Overview

This is an entry level supervisory role for an energetic and motivated self-starter who is passionate about team-building, talent management, and cultivating an outstanding client experience. The Team Lead I will supervise a team in either the Client Services or Vendor Relations department to ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to and we are providing superior service to our clients.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities



  • Responsible for hiring qualified candidates; coaching, training and developing the staff; and disciplining team members including but not limited to terminations
  • Effectively manage and continuously provide training and feedback to employees
  • Daily management of Client Services or Vendor Relations team
  • Identify and resolve operational problems
  • Resolve client escalations
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and team performance
  • Resolve internal escalated issues
  • Develop strong cross functional working relationships to improve overall workflow
  • Partner with other team leads/managers to resolve problems and improve overall performance of the Client Services or Vendor Relations team
  • Proactively resolve potential problems with vendors, clients, and employees
  • Lead by example
  • Ensure adequate team coverage
  • Backup of Reporting Manager
  • Subject Matter Expert of Client Services or Vendor Relations team

High School Diploma or equivalent



Associates Degree or higher



Experience



1 - 5 years of supervisory or related experience

3 - 5 years customer service experience

Experience in fast paced environment

Call center environment





Prior Knowledge



Customer Service principles



Real Estate related industry

Appraisal Management Company





  • Detailed oriented with excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to motivate staff to accomplish goals
  • Ability to creatively solve complex problems
  • Ability to work across cross functional teams to effectively resolve operational/personnel problems
  • Microsoft Office Suite intermediate level and above
