About the Role


Impact you will make


As the Oracle Relationship Director, you will be responsible for managing and expanding FinThrive's strategic partnerships with Oracle/Cerner. You will drive revenue growth, deepen existing relationships, and identify new opportunities for collaboration. Your efforts will position FinThrive as a preferred partner within the Oracle/Cerner ecosystem and contribute directly to our commercial success in the healthcare technology market.


What you will do



  • Design, implement, and execute strategies to exceed revenue growth targets for the Oracle/Cerner channel.
  • Manage and expand existing partnerships, identifying new business opportunities within the Oracle/Cerner ecosystem.
  • Own the sales partnership relationship, including pipeline management and forecasting process.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Legal, and Sales Operations to optimize partner offerings and go-to-market strategies.
  • Maintain a deep working knowledge of FinThrive's healthcare solutions and how they align with Oracle/Cerner's offerings.
  • Represent FinThrive at Oracle/Cerner-related industry events and conferences.
  • Provide regular updates, forecasts, and insights to the EHR Channel Leader and executive team.



What you will bring



  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 8+ years of experience in healthcare technology, partnership management, or related fields.
  • Deep knowledge of Oracle's platform, operations, and culture.
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing strategic partnerships.
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product and implementation teams.
  • Self-motivated and independent worker.
  • Experience with Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%


What we would like to see



  • Prior experience working for or selling into Oracle or Cerner.
  • Proven success in hitting and exceeding quota goals.
  • Experience in selling healthcare technology products.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, performance-driven environment.
  • Strong presentation skills
