About the Role
The Human Capital Territory Leader plays a critical role in driving engagement, retention, and operational excellence across field teams. This position ensures high-quality, on-time retail field research aligned with client commitments and partners closely with HR and Operations to align people practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities



  • Maintain strong alignment with sales, operations, and HR to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead and coach field teams to meet performance goals and foster a culture of accountability.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify trends and implement solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, onboarding, and retention strategies.
  • Support investigations and disciplinary actions in collaboration with HR leadership.
  • Assist in developing and delivering training programs related to compliance and leadership.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of leadership experience; retail management preferred.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of employment laws; multi-state compliance experience a plus.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
