Summary:

Due to rapid and sustained growth, we seek a dynamic and strategic Sales Administration Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support SKF's Magnetic Bearing and High-speed Motor business unit for our North American customers. Reporting to the Sales Director, Magnetic Systems North America, you will be an integral part of the Magnetic Systems team, working to provide exceptional support to our customers. This position is ideal for a strategic thinker with a strong background in customer service, supply chain management, and international coordination. You will collaborate with a team of world-leading magnetic levitation and electric motor experts to deliver unparalleled customer service to our OEM partners. Your role will involve working closely with customers and colleagues to ensure commercial excellence from order to delivery and beyond.



Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service


  • Serve as the primary contact for customers as pertaining to forecasting and demand management, while building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Oversee the full order management process-ensuring timely and accurate order entry, fulfillment, and delivery.
  • Manage the returns process, coordinating between the customer, internal teams, and logistics partners to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Monitor and reconcile accounts payable, working closely with the finance department to ensure accuracy and prompt resolution of invoicing matters.



Demand Forecasting & Inventory Planning:


  • Analyze historical sales data and customer forecasts to develop accurate demand forecasts for OEM customers.
  • Collaborate with warehouse and operations teams to establish optimal inventory levels, minimizing stockouts or overages.
  • Continuously monitor inventory and supply chain metrics, recommending adjustments and improvements to support business goals.
  • Import Coordination with the SKF Magnetic factories Customer Service:
  • Coordinate importation processes for relevant materials and products, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and organizational requirements.
  • Work closely with the customer service team, facilitating seamless cross-border communication and documentation flow.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any importation challenges or delays, acting as a liaison between internal and external stakeholders.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, supply chain, or business management roles-ideally supporting OEM clients.
  • Experience with order management, inventory planning, and accounts payable processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with international teams; prior experience coordinating with international partners is an asset.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in French is a strong plus.
