Our Company The Opportunity The Sales Strategy, Operations and Enablement (SOE) organization is the established engine that runs Adobe's Enterprise Field organization, enabling predictable revenue growth and maximizing sales team productivity. This is a global team of over 500 professionals across critical areas including go-to-market (GTM) strategy, sales operations, enablement, compensation, and systems management. The Digital Media Enterprise organization is rapidly evolving within Adobe, and you will join at an opportune time to design, develop and help deliver our future by partnering with our senior sales leaders across the globe for the betterment of our business. As the leader of Sales Operations for this organization, your role is essentially the Chief Operations Officer; driving operational rigor and global alignment to accelerate growth and success in the Enterprise Digital Media business. In collaboration with the DME Product organizations and Integrated Enterprise GTM, you will lead change management and growth initiatives across the business, including Enterprise Sales, and Customer Success. We're looking for a leader with a customer experience mentality who is highly effective and efficient, with the ability to think strategically but also keen to get their hands dirty and "get it done".We'll need you to develop and drive Go-To-Market strategy, a regular cadence of business reviews, and manage day-to-day operations within the Americas, partnering with a global cross functional team for support. Non-sales roles starting salaries are expressed as base salary and short-term incentives are in the form of the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).
