The Director of Inside Sales will define and execute the global renewals strategy across all markets and segments. This leader will be responsible for setting the vision, building world-class programs, and driving operational excellence across our Inside Sales organization. You will lead a team of regional managers, partner closely with senior executives across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations, and ensure alignment on renewal performance, customer experience, and business growth objectives.

This is a highly strategic and visible role for a proven leader passionate about building scaled systems, developing future sales leaders, and continually improving how we engage, retain, and grow our customer base.

This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.


What you'll do at Figma:

  • Lead and develop a team of Regional Renewals Managers and Specialists across global markets
  • Define and implement the global renewals strategy across all regions and customer segments (MM, Enterprise, Strategic)
  • Establish and communicate clear OKRs and success metrics for the organization, ensuring alignment to company retention and growth goals
  • Lead global forecast cadence and business reviews for all renewal activity
  • Drive accountability for gross retention, net retention, and renewal execution across AMER, EMEA, and JAPAC
  • Collaborate with regional Sales and CS leadership to align on account strategy, forecast risk, and renewal prioritization
  • Serve as an executive sponsor for strategic and complex renewals, ensuring alignment with customer and business outcomes
  • Build scalable processes, enablement programs, and tooling to support consistent global execution


We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • 10+ years of experience in SaaS renewals, sales, or customer success; 5+ years in senior leadership roles managing global or multi-regional teams
  • 2+ years of second-line leadership experience, leading managers and scaling teams across geographies
  • Proven success leading high-performing renewals or account management teams in a scaled, matrixed environment
  • Experience leading large, globally distributed teams (20+ team members across multiple regions)
  • Strong analytical and operational mindset with demonstrated success forecasting and managing recurring revenue


While not required, it's an added plus if you also have:

  • Hands-on experience using Figma

Pay Transparency Disclosure


If based in Figma's San Francisco or New York hub offices, this role has the annual base salary range stated below.


Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. Please discuss your specific work location with your recruiter for more information.

Annual Base Salary Range (SF/NY Hub):
$146,300 $189,700 USD
