Hourly Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hr. Department: Maintenance Shift: Mid Schedule: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 6:30pm Some overtime may be required to fulfill job duties. We are looking for a Maintenance Associate to join our team on Mid Shift in our fast-paced warehouse environment. What You Will Be Doing As a Maintenance Associate, you will play a key role in our warehouse operations by: Performing preventative maintenance on forklifts, conveyor systems, carousels, and other machinery Maintaining lighting, exterior grounds (including gates and lights), and electrical, mechanical, or electromechanical systems Diagnosing and repairing equipment failures or coordinating vendor repairs with the Facilities Supervisor Installing new electrical wiring, equipment, and systems; troubleshooting and repairing existing systems Performing interior painting and recommend requisitions for maintenance materials Inspecting electrical, HVAC, plumbing, conveyor, and other essential equipment on a scheduled basis Troubleshooting and repairing equipment promptly Communicating with vendors and supplier representatives as needed Identifying and addressing safety hazards immediately Collaborating with other departments to coordinate and oversee capital and repair projects Following safe work practices and policies, including driving rules and hazardous materials handling Operating various hand and power tools in compliance with safety procedures What You Will Bring Your background and experience should include: Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems Ability to use common hand and power tools Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Reliable, self-motivated, and ability to work independently The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $25.00 and $30.00/hr. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
