We are looking for our next great team member to join us on our Banquets team as a Kitchen Supervisor at the Marriott Syracuse Downtown hotel. We are committed to providing you with:

Here is what you will be doing each day:



    Assign, coordinate, and supervise the set-up and food production areas within the kitchen to maximize productivity and ensure food quality, set-up and service are in accordance with standardized recipes and procedures

    You have a self-starting personality with an even disposition. Able to apply basic supervisory skills to plan, organize, direct, coach, train and discipline employees, as necessary. You have a flexible schedule, especially for evenings and weekends. You have experience in high-volume kitchen settings and are cool under pressure. You have a sense of urgency in planning and completing your tasks and rise to the challenge of exceeding guest expectations.

    Payrate: $23.00/hour
