As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and employees, providing a welcoming presence while monitoring entry and exit activity at the location. You will support security-related operations by verifying credentials, assisting with guest inquiries, and maintaining clear communication. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as directed by Allied Universal.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the front desk in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access to the location, verifying identification and credentials as required by site policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents and/or unusual occurrences at the front desk.
• Communicate professionally with clients, visitors and Allied Universal management regarding security-related matters and site procedures.
• Assist with the implementation of security-related protocols and procedures specific to the location as directed by Allied Universal.

Minimum Requirements:

• At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
