Summary

We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Senior Manager of eCommerce Business Development & Expansion to own and lead all aspects of sales growth and audience expansion for our restricted access ecommerce website, the LG Partner Store. This role is responsible for identifying new acquisition channels, unlocking untapped customer segments and developing high-impact partnerships that drive sustainable revenue growth. This person will serve as a key driver of our expansion strategy and will work cross-functionally across sales, marketing, operations and merchandising to scale our reach and performance of the LG Partner Store.

Responsibilities



  • Act as the business owner of LG Partner Store collaborating with ecommerce sales, merchandising, marketing and media teams to ensure continuous growth
  • Own the roadmap to grow revenue by expanding into new, eligible audience segments and verticals
  • Identify and prioritize high-value segments; develop outreach, partnership and integration strategies to convert them into active customers
  • Conduct market sizing, segmentation and opportunity analysis to prioritize efforts and allocate resources effectively
  • Develop and present business cases with clear ROI projections and supporting data to justify the launch of new partners, audience segments or the reallocation of resources
  • Negotiate and secure strategic partnerships that drive user acquisition and repeat engagement
  • Collaborate with internal legal and compliance teams to ensure partnerships meet privacy, procurement and eligibility requirements
  • Proactively identify gaps in eligibility coverage and advocate for new eligibility rule sets or verification methods
  • Develop and manage relationships with key partners, including benefit aggregators, corporate HR teams, government/military organizations and other institutions eligible for access
  • Optimize verification methods and streamline onboarding of new groups by working with internal teams and external partners
  • Partner with performance marketing to launch targeted marketing campaigns focused on specific verified audiences, testing and optimizing tactics continuously
  • Define and track KPIs to evaluate the success of audience expansion efforts, including qualified user growth, acquisition cost, conversion rate, and contribution to overall revenue
  • Primary point of contact for LG Partner Store customer service escalations to resolve customer issues and optimize policies
  • Benchmark and monitor competitive partner programs to identify differentiators and inform expansion strategy
  • Represent the LG Partner Store in executive level presentations to communicate performance, expansion opportunities, and strategic recommendations



Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications or related field
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, partnerships or audience expansion-ideally in eCommerce, membership-based platforms or closed-channel marketing
  • Strong track record of identifying and scaling new customer acquisition opportunities and partnerships
  • Exceptional communication, project management and negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent PowerPoint and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare and deliver compelling strategies and performance updates to executive leadership
  • Data-driven decision-maker with proficiency in performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, tableau, Looker or other BI platforms
  • Self-starter with the ability to operate independently and cross-functionally with multiple teams
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity and action
  • Ability to work under pressure and deadlines; and must be able to manage multiple projects/priorities


Recruiting Range
$140,000 - $175,000 USD
