Hours: Full-time - 8, 9 or 10 hour Shifts. (Shift times are flexible, with at least 60% of the hours will be Evening or overnight).

ChristianaCare Wilmington Hospital is seeking an Assistant Nurse Manager to support the Wilmington Cardiac Care Unit (WCCU), 3 Medical Observation (3MO) and 1 West Medical Observation (1W). WCCU is a 9-bed Stepdown unit that provides specialized care for patients admitted with primary cardiac diagnoses (such as NSTEMI, dysrhythmias, heart failure). 3MO (8 beds) and 1W (10 beds) are newly constructed Medical Observation units that provide care for adult medical patients admitted from the Emergency Department under Observation status. Common diagnoses include (but are not limited to) syncope, chest pain and ruling out stroke - conditions that need work-up beyond what's provided in the ED but may not require a traditional inpatient hospital stay. As Observation units, 3MO & 1W are characterized by quick patient throughput and a high degree of interdisciplinary collaboration. Staff on each of these three units are cross-trained to work on the others. Responsibilities:

Full Time - 8, 9 or 10-hour shifts - While shift times are flexible, at least 60% of the ANMs time will be during the evening or overnight hours. Annual Compensation Range $110,177.60 - $176,280.00 This pay rate/range represents ChristianaCare's good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting.
