Drive inclusion as a core business strategy to advance Visa's growth, customer relevance, innovation, and risk management through strategic planning and execution of high-impact experiential activations. Translate inclusion priorities into measurable business outcomes across products, regions, and functions with a focus on financial inclusion and the digital economy, leading the project management, budgeting, and stakeholder relationships for all initiatives. In this role, you will:
- Architect and execute a global portfolio of inclusion focused experiential activations, translating Visas priorities into clear OKRs and demonstrable business outcomes.
- Lead complex, global initiatives with rigorous, senior level project management driving strategy, planning, execution, measurement, and continuous improvement.
- Cultivate and manage key internal and external relationships, partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, SMB and People) and external agencies to scale inclusive solutions that strengthen Visas network and market position.
- Oversee program budgets, ensuring fiscal responsibility and maximizing ROI on all experiential initiatives.
- Deliver executive-ready communications, comprehensive dashboards, and strategic insights that demonstrate the commercial and brand impact of inclusion led experiential marketing.

You are someone who challenges assumptions, moves fast, and delivers measurable results that advance Visas four outcomes while accelerating core business performance. Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of a global portfolio of inclusion programs and experiential activations set and deliver on clear OKRs tied to business metrics (e.g., product adoption, market expansion, talent pipelines, brand impact).
- Own the end to end project lifecycle for all initiatives, including the PMO cadence (resourcing, timelines, risk or issue logs, dependencies) and building robust cross-functional execution plans.
- Develop and manage multiyear roadmaps, project plans, milestones, and dashboards track qualitative and quantitative impact and benchmark against internal or external intelligence.
- Directly manage substantial program budgets, including forecasting, tracking, and reporting, to ensure programs are delivered on budget and with measurable impact.
- Serve as the primary liaison for internal senior stakeholders and external partners, managing relationships with agencies, vendors, and community organizations.
- Assist with executive and stakeholder communications deliver concise status reports, strategic artifacts, and decision-ready narratives to senior leadership.
- Oversee all logistical components from concept to post mortem (vendor sourcing and management, contract negotiation, scheduling, measurement) and drive continuous process improvements for scalable success.

Basic Qualifications:
- 5 or more years of relevant work experience with a Bachelors Degree or at least 2 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years of work experience with a PhD
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 or more years of work experience with a Bachelors Degree or 4 or more years of relevant experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or up to 3 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- 7 years leading complex, multi-country program or project portfolios in fast paced environments, with at least 5 years of direct experience in experiential marketing or brand activation.
- Demonstrated success in the strategic planning and execution of largescale events and experiential marketing campaigns.
- Proven ability to manage significant budgets and deliver programs with a strong return on investment.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of Visas network, issuer or acquirer ecosystem, merchants, and fintech partners Tech or Financial Services experience is a plus.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills skilled in research, writing, editing, and presenting to senior and executive leaders.
- Proven ability to manage numerous concurrent initiatives, synthesize data and trends, and directly tie inclusion initiatives to concrete commercial outcomes.
- High proficiency in MS Office and modern project management tools thrives both independently and as a collaborative, influential leader.

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time. U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 127,300.00 to 165,800.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
