Overview

We are seeking a HR Generalist for the Dallas Market sometimes referred to as a Human Resources Generalist.

* Position is a shared postion for both Dallas Regional Medical Center and Dallas Medical Center*

Employment Type: Full Time

Shifts Available: Days

Hours: 8-hour

Location: Dallas Medical Center and Dallas Regional Medical Center

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (includes, but not limited to):

  • Human Resources Generalist supports the day to day operations and provides a wide variety of complex Human Resources support to all levels in the Dallas market, ensuring the comprehensive administration of human resources policy and procedures.
  • The position performs high-level professional duties in a variety of functional core human resources areas for all Dallas market locations, including affirmative action, acquisition projects, legal compliance with applicable state and federal guidelines.


Qualifications

Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, or closely related field, preferred

  • PHR, SPHR or relevant human resources certifications or equivalent experience preferred

  • 3. 5 years experience in a Human Resources; with two years of this experience being in healthcare preferred

  • Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities to produce a large volume of material with attention to detail.

  • Computer knowledge that includes Excel, Word, Outlook.

  • Familiar with Joint Commission standards, state and ferderal labor laws, human resource practices, preferred
