What to Expect We are seeking a skilled and motivated Production Lead Paint Sprayer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading and overseeing the paint spraying operations, ensuring high-quality finishes on products while maintaining safety, efficiency, and compliance with industry standards. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to process improvement. What You'll Do Quality Assurance: Monitor the painting process to ensure that finishes meet company specifications and customer requirements. Conduct regular inspections and implement corrective actions when necessary Equipment Management: Oversee the maintenance and proper use of paint spraying equipment, ensuring that all tools are in good working condition and that safety protocols are followed Training and Development: Train new and existing team members on safety, painting techniques, equipment operation, and safety procedures. Foster a learning environment to enhance skills and productivity Process Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the painting process and collaborate with management to implement changes that enhance efficiency and reduce waste Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels of paint and related supplies, ensuring that materials are available for production needs and minimizing waste Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities sprayed, materials used, and any issues encountered.
