Job Description Summary Enterprise Community Partners is seeking a Senior Program Associate to join our Housing Access & Opportunity Team. In this role, you will play a key part in implementing programs that facilitate the creation and preservation of quality, healthy affordable housing; building the organizational capacity of mission-based partners; and advancing initiatives that support the most vulnerable New Yorkers.You will collaborate closely with colleagues across our New York operations to strengthen the affordable housing sector statewide. We are looking for a creative problem-solver with familiarity in affordable housing, community development, and economic mobility; fine-tuned organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously; strong communication and writing abilities; attention to detail; and a deep commitment to Enterprise's mission and values. Our New York team includes more than 50 staff members who collectively view diversity as a driving force that allows us to further our goal of building stronger communities, ending housing insecurity, and lifting individuals out of poverty. Enterprise offers a comprehensive total rewards package for you and your family. The base salary for this role is $68,000 to $80,000, depending on level of skills and experience. The salary range for this position is represented by the low and high end of the range for the amount to be paid for the position. Salaries paid at Enterprise will vary based on factors that may include skills, education, location, experience, and performance. The salary range is just a part of the total rewards package provided to employees at Enterprise, and other rewards may include annual performance bonuses and generous paid leave programs.
