Overview

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States. Preference is given to candidates located near a FCB hub such as Raleigh, Charlotte, Jacksonville or Phoenix.

The Digital Strategy & Planning Support role drives critical enterprise-wide digital strategy, priorities, enabling the Enterprise Digital organization to operate with clarity, alignment, and strategic rigor. This role partners closely with leaders across Enterprise Digital and our key partners to support strategic planning, guide organizational and operating-model evolution, track digital performance, and enable execution of high-impact transformation initiatives.


Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Operating Model
* Lead and coordinate the annual Strategic Planning cycle for Enterprise Digital, including inputs, prioritization, and executive-ready materials.
* Support ongoing organizational evolution and alignment to strategic priorities.
* Drive operating model evolution, with a focus on workforce strategy, location footprint, and job architecture.

Performance Management & Insights
* Oversee Digital OKRs tracking, insights generation, and performance reporting.
* Partner with finance and business leads to support Digital-FCI strategy, execution tracking, and risk/issue escalation.

Transformation Initiatives
* Support M&A readiness and execution, ensuring digital integration considerations, capability assessments, and alignment of people/process/technology.
* Provide oversight for the AI pipeline, supporting prioritization, intake governance, and progress monitoring across key AI initiatives.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution
* Shape executive communications, materials, and readouts for senior forums (LT meetings, Quarterly Business Reviews, board-level prep as needed).
* Support ad-hoc initiatives or projects as aligned with evolving priorities.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Project Planning, and Financial Services industry OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Project Planning, and Financial Services industry

Required Experience

* Experience in digital strategy, transformation, management consulting, operating model design, or enterprise planning is a big plus.
* Strong analytical and structured-thinking skills; ability to distill complex information into clear narratives.
* Experience with OKR frameworks, performance management, or strategic governance preferred.
* Ability to work across senior stakeholders and drive execution in a matrixed environment.
* Familiarity with AI or data-driven transformation initiatives is a plus.
* Ability to structure and break down large ambiguous problems into manageable components and actionable insights.
* Strong strategic thinker with a track record of tactical execution in complex environments.
* Experience advising senior leaders on strategy, organizational opportunities, or transformational priorities.

Preferred Experience
* Prior LFI experience is a significant plus.
* Background in management consulting, enterprise strategy, transformation, or digital strategy roles.
* Familiarity with OKR frameworks, workforce strategy, or strategic planning cycles.
* Strong communication abilities-able to create concise, executive-ready presentations and narratives.

The base pay for this position is generally between $106,700 and $165,000. Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
