Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Principal Sourcing Manager -Services to join our team, reporting to the Director, Indirect Procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement of Corporate Services, e.g., Marketing, HR, Professional Services, T&E, Fleet, and SaaS). The candidate will develop and implement sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, and manage supplier relationships.



Responsibilities

    Develop and implement sourcing strategies for a broad range of indirect services and goods
  • Pursue opportunities for significant OpEx and CapEx cost reductions and budget savings
  • Negotiate contracts with suppliers to ensure the best possible pricing and terms
  • Manage supplier relationships to ensure that they meet or exceed performance expectations
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that procurement activities align with business objectives
  • Manage and report on savings KPIs to Executives
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in indirect procurement, commodity management, or related field
  • Experience in change and continuous process improvement
  • Flexible to manage and support new categories
  • Strong negotiation skills and experience negotiating contracts with suppliers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and SAP Ariba
