Responsibilities:
- Serves as the Physical Security SME, developing and implementing standards, technologies, and practices across all facilities.
- Manages security programs to protect Swire Coca-Cola assets and associates.
- Proactively identifies and mitigates company risks and losses, acting as a subject matter expert.
- Builds relationships with internal leaders and external law enforcement and security partners.
- Collaborates on security enhancements, construction projects, and their operational rollout.
- Maintains databases for investigations, projects, programs, and bulletins.
- Designs, budgets, and presents strategic plans in partnership with internal stakeholders.
- Tracks and reports performance metrics, trends, and benchmarks.
- Establishes and maintains industry contacts to share best practices.
- Keeps management informed of key achievements, challenges, and concerns, adhering to company policies.
- Upholds ethical standards, works independently, and exercises sound judgment.
- Conducts facility visits for security due diligence and training; investigates reports, and develops mitigation plans for risks and losses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Military or Police Service required
- Security certification including CPP, PSP, or PSC required
- 4+ years Recent physical security management experience required
- 4+ years' Experience developing, managing, and facilitating physical security projects, including integrating electronic card access and CCTV systems across multiple locations required
- 2+ years Security Program development and budgeting required
- 10+ years Physical security management experience preferred
