Airport Security Officer - Sierra Patrol

As a Airport Security Officer - Sierra Team in Honolulu, HI, you will safeguard the airport, staff, and it's facilities. Along with driving, patrolling, checking, and securing doors. You will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication to all visitors and staff. Position Type: Part Time - Overnight

Pay Rate: $22.50 / Hour with an hourly bonus of $1.96. Premium paid shall be based on the position actually worked by the employee.

Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 21+ years of age
• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and when appropriate, respond to emergency situations.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations at the location in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activities.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity, hazards, or unusual occurrences during patrols at the government facility.
• Assist visitors, employees, and contractors with directions or information as needed while maintaining a professional presence.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and other key areas to help to deter unauthorized access and support security-related protocols.
• Complete detailed incident and activity reports as required by Allied Universal and the location's protocols.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency services as directed during critical situations.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 21 years of age for unarmed roles; 22+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
