FTE: Day, Shift: Day, Schedule: Monday -Friday 8am - 4:30pm. On-call as needed

Position Summary

The End User Compute (EUC) Analyst is an excellent opportunity to provide effective and efficient use of compute devices and technology. As a central point of contact for customer needs, you will be able to apply your expertise as you troubleshoot, make decisions and recommend the best solutions on a day-to-day basis.

Responsibilities

  • You will assume on-call assignments for the evening, night, holiday, and weekend shifts as assigned
  • You will support the MultiCare community by working varied shifts
  • You will provide clinical hardware and software support as assigned
  • You will function as a primary liaison between various IS&T staff for networking, cabling, and hardware/software configuration issues
  • You will train and keeps End User Compute staff apprised of any changes or updates specific to Technical areas
  • You will work with all IS&T department staff to facilitate better communications between departments

Requirements

  • AA in healthcare or A+ Certification or equivalent certifications, Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field preferred
  • Work experience may be substituted by relevant education
  • Technical School classes (End User Compute)
  • Minimum four (4) years of experience in a technology related environment: workstation management, application installation, or virtual
  • Current Washington State Drivers License; and proof of a safe driving record (which meets established MHS Standards) obtained by a motor vehicle report from the appropriate state, and the ability to drive a MultiCare vehicle

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $63,105.00 - $87,142.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
