Overview

How you can make a difference

The Sr. Program Manager is responsible for leading the creation, deployment, and on-going delivery of strategic programs and initiatives that result in the generation of revenue, reduction of expense, and other benefits to HealthEquity. This role provides leadership and support to cross-functional teams, ensuring program and initiative success. The Sr. Program Manager serves as a central point of communication for program and project status across Client Sales, Relationship Management, and Channel Partnership teams.

What you'll be doing

Essential Duties and Primary Responsibilities:

    Develop, launch, and provide ongoing support of complex programs and initiatives across relationship management, sales, and partner teams.
  • Organize programs and initiatives usings tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, etc. to ensure key activities and stakeholder deliverables are executed in the most efficient manner while meeting targets and goals.
  • Implement various tracking and measurement frameworks to evaluate efficacy of programs and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Serve as a central point of contact to routinely relay, facilitate and keep stakeholders apprised of the program's status and respond to questions or inquiries regarding the program.
  • Create and deliver effective training programs that equip Leaders and Individual Contributors with the knowledge and skills required to be successful participants in programs.
  • Partner with end-users and the Enterprise Apps team to ensure that CRM and other systems are configured to support stakeholder engagement and program reporting.
  • Leverage data and analytics to monitor program and initiative success, crafting and delivering on-going leadership updates.
  • Operate closely with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Product, People, and Technology to ensure initiative deliverables are executed on-time.
  • Apply a rigorous prioritization framework that ensures optimal utilization of resources to advance programs and drive growth.
  • Provide recurring program updates and forecasts across all levels of the organization - from Teammates on the front line supporting Relationship Management, Sales, and Partnerships, to the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Other duties as assigned

What you will need to be successful

  • Bachelor's degree in related field; or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of related experience
  • Preferred - 4+ years previous experience building and running successful growth or retention programs within Sales, preferably within the Health Plan, Employer Benefits, or Financial Services space.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with senior executives across revenue driving teams.
  • Strong proficiency in program and initiative management
  • Exceptional ability to analyze data, provide strategic insights, and inform executive decision-making.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire, and lead teams towards a common goal and cultivate strong internal relationships
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate across all levels of an organization, connecting the dots between multiple initiatives and their impacts to stakeholders.
  • Ability to create and tell a succinct story using PowerPoint.
  • Experience creating strategic roadmaps to articulate the vision of program delivery
  • Self-starter with the ability to drive and influence others to achieve goals and perform with high quality
  • Ability to develop creative solutions and workarounds when confronted with a challenge; possessing a "how can we do this?" mindset.
  • History of successfully managing and deploying multiple projects at the same time, ensuring key milestones are achieved by deadline, and creating transparency and accountability.

Certifications, Licenses, Registrations:

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus
  • Agile certification(s) a plus

Travel Requirements:

Infrequent travel may be required.



Salary Range

$92000.00 To $129500.00 / year
