As our new On-Site Project Management Assistant, you will be part of our Project Delivery team.The project you will support will be in the state of New York for 12 months. Job Description

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Manage administrative procedures and maintain required records for the project.
  • Assist in managing the submittal process, receiving submittals, submitting, logging, and tracking.
  • Log and track RFIs.
  • Supporting the Project Manager and project team in the coordination of documentation, permit tracking, inspection scheduling, and contact with subcontractors.
  • Assist in coordinating the close-out of the project, including the receipt and compilation of all documentation required by subcontractors.
  • Assist in logging documentation of deliveries.
  • Directing visitors and insuring safety compliance.
  • Assist with Document Control.
  • Assist with orientating new hires.
  • Ordering lunches, organizing site events
  • Coordinate and prepare agendas for meetings, events, lunches, and presentations.
  • Organize and attend meetings and distribute minutes to project team members.
  • Create, organize, and maintain multiple databases and files.
  • Effectively communicate with corporate and satellite offices.
  • Other Project Management duties.

Qualifications

About You

  • Associate degree or equivalent 3+ years related experience.
  • 3+ years of significant project experience
  • Persistent, positive, critical thinking, self-reliant personality
  • Ability to support a wide range of project types and complexities.
  • Ability to organize documents, establish control procedures and ensure proper storage and filing of all project documents.
  • Work cooperatively and effectively with others to set goals, resolve problem, and make decisions that enhance corrective actions.
  • Strong skills in understanding Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Highly organized, meets deadlines, and able to work well with a team.
  • Desire to learn new skills and improve.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have clean criminal record with the ability to pass background check.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across severalU.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this positionis $60,000 - $78,000 Paywithin this range varies by work locationand may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills,and experience.
