What You'll Do Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot operational systems, software, telecom, workstations, printers, and network issues in a diverse environment. Coordinate, troubleshoot, and resolve incoming tickets, calls, and emails. Complete projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision. Provides timely resolution of problems or escalation on behalf of the customer to appropriate personnel/vendor. Maintains passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the IT environment. Maintains an inventory of all equipment, hardware, software, and IT supplies and provides reports as needed. Communicate with vendors as needed. Travel required between facilities is 20 to 40 percent. Perform a daily check and report of major equipment in server/data rooms, including, but not limited to, UPS, firewalls, network switches, and all physical servers, for any visual/audio signs of hardware failures. What You Bring: 3+ years of IT experience required. Ability to be a self-starter with little supervision. Knowledge and ability to support Microsoft Windows, Microsoft 365, and Mac.
