Scope:

  • The Soldermask (Print) Operator is responsible for exposing and developing soldermask and legend inks on printed circuit board (PCB) panels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Operate Nuvogo LDI units, including start up, set up, process check, quality check, shut down, cleaning, and minor preventative maintenance
  • Operate the machines used for developing imaged soldermask
  • Operate the machines used for developing dry film soldermask
  • Operate equipment used to create diazo film
  • Operate the DynaChem vacuum applicator
  • Complete tape testing of materials
  • Responsible for pre-treat and lamination of soldermask and comformask
  • Maintain production flow by keeping the department organized
  • Follow all departmental process procedures correctly
  • Complete all departmental documentation accurately
  • Complete quality checks when product arrives in and exits the department
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by management and cross-train as needed to assist production

Essential Knowledge and Skills:

  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted
  • Ability to stand for the duration of shift
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, customer specifications, and procedures
  • Basic math, problem solving, interpersonal skills, and computer skills
  • Must possess interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills
  • Follow all safety measures

Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Previous manufacturing experience preferred
  • Previous PCB experience preferred

Compensation for roles at TTM Technologies varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, TTM provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that my be hired in New York, California and Colorado. For California-based roles, compensation ranges are based upon specific physical locations.
