Job Description:
The Role: Entegris is seeking a Customer Quality Engineer to join our team. The Customer Quality Engineering (CQE) role is dynamic and cross-functional. This new CQE will interact at multiple levels and with multiple contact points within the Customer, Entegris, and Supplier organizations. This role is high impact, high output and high visibility. It requires a calm-assertive demeanor and the capability to manage multiple ever-changing priorities.
Participate in varying levels of engagement with customers and company teams on Problem Solving, Change Management, Customer and Internal Audits, Project Development, Product Support and Development Programs, as well as many other cross-functional tasks and projects that are aligned with Entegris and Customer goals.
Demonstrate excellence in planning, execution, discipline, learning, leadership, and teamwork (exemplify Entegris PACE values)
Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Electric/Electronic Engineering, or related technical field
Experience in an engineering role in the areas of quality, process, equipment or materials, ideally within the semiconductor industry, however other manufacturing industries will be considered.
Experience with applicable quality tools such as pareto, FMEA's, SPC/SQC, histograms, trend analysis, process mapping, design of experiments, cause and effect diagrams, 8D problem solving methodology
