As a Security Officer - Auto Facility Escort in Claycomo, MO, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Auto, and more. As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol assigned locations within the auto industry, helping to deter security-related incidents and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Your presence and attention to detail will support a secure environment, while you provide excellent customer service and clear communication. This position requires a valid driver's license, as you may be responsible for driving duties as part of your post responsibilities.

What You'll Do:

• Monitor and manage access control points to help to deter unauthorized entry into the location.
• Verify credentials of individuals entering and exiting the premises, following site-specific policies and procedures.
• Provide customer service by assisting visitors, employees, and contractors with access-related inquiries and directions.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
• Communicate clearly with Allied Universal management, client representatives, and local authorities as required.
• Document and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or policy violations promptly and accurately.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and perimeter to help to deter potential issues and maintain a visible Allied Universal presence.
• Support emergency response activities as directed by site-specific guidelines and Allied Universal protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• CPR and first aid certification is preferred and may be completed post hire.
• At this site there are limited on-site facilities such as portable toilets and rustic guard shacks.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
