DIR - INTAKE (MARKET)

We have an immediate opening for a Market Director to oversee our intake department for our hospitals in Jacksonville. This position provides the leadership and strategic planning for all intake services for the Jacksonville Market, ensuring the delivery of clinical programs that meet the needs of the facilities, community, and each facility's performance goals and objectives. This position also supports the Assistant Director and Referral Management Center coordinator in directing the Assessment and Referral activities at each facility.

This position requires a Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health, or Nursing. A minimum of 10 years direct clinical experience in a psychiatric or mental health setting. Three (3) years of leadership in an Intake Department is preferred. Working Knowledge of the addiction and recovery field along with experience in clinical interviewing and assessments.
