Coordinates the daily functions of Customer Service/Collection Departments. Provides receivable information to management staff by clarifying and approving third party billing, collection write-offs, and adjustments to patient liabilities. Handles complaints referred by external departments and works closely with collection agencies on resolving patient account problems. Identifies system problems and recommends corrective action. Practices a customer focused attitude. . EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION: Requires High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Two years of college with emphasis in business classes or equivalent work experience required.
