Position: Flex Shift Supervisor (IDD)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Crafton area)

Pay Rate: $20.50 (Up to $22.50/hr with Enhanced Pay option)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Assist with personal care, hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation
• Support life skills development, including household tasks and social skills
• Provide community support, transportation
• Promote health, safety, and well-being, including medication support (as trained)
• Complete required documentation, progress notes, and service logs

  Demonstrates knowledge of current facility policies and procedures and ensures compliance in daily operations.

  Maintains a working knowledge of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and ICF/MR regulations to support quality care and regulatory standards.

  Establishes and maintains effective working relationships with staff, residents, and interdisciplinary teams.

  Communicates clearly and effectively while applying strong supervisory and leadership skills across all levels of personnel.

  Applies analytical reasoning and organizational skills to prioritize responsibilities and manage operational needs.

  Builds and maintains professional rapport with parents, external agencies, and internal departments.

  Implements appropriate supervision practices and techniques to ensure safety, accountability, and quality service delivery.

  Exercises sound judgment and decision-making in routine and complex situations.

  Delegates responsibilities appropriately and provides training and guidance to personnel to support performance and development.

  Maintains poise, professionalism, and composure in all interactions and situations.
